Return Policy
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 15 Days after delivery. Once we have received the item, we will issue a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Epoch’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Returning Items
Fill out the form on this page with the order number or shipping address and an explanation of why you are returning the product. Epochscapes will be in touch with you shortly on the next steps to returning your product and processing your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on the payment processor)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
