For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Epoch Possibilities, LLC include epochscapes.com, Epoch, Epoch Tiles and epochtiles.com. The Epoch website is a ecommerce site. By using the Epoch website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Epoch may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

– Mailing Address

– Phone Number
Epoch may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Use of your Personal Information
Epoch collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Epoch does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Epoch may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Epoch, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

We accept payments through PayPal, Square, Google Pay, Apple Pay and others. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to the payment provider you chose to use during checkout, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Epoch may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Epoch, in order to determine what Epoch services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Epoch to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Epoch.
